They were extremely fast and easy to work with. they shipped the product on time and the quality was good. they sent me photos of the finished plant wall before shipping it, so I could approve it first. I highly recommend choosing them for a plant wall. it arrived fully assembled with the plants already on it, rolled up in 6 separate sections. all we had to do was unroll the six panels and attach each panel to our wall.
